Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the professional children’s entertainment services provided by Prestigious Innovations LLC, doing business as Prestigious Entertainment. By booking services or submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.

1. Scope of Services
Prestigious Entertainment agrees to provide professional children’s entertainment services as outlined in the client’s booking confirmation. This includes, but is not limited to:
  • Costumed character appearances
  • Balloon twisting and Face painting
  • Bubble shows and Magic tricks
  • Other family-friendly entertainment
2. Payment Terms

Balance Payment: The remaining balance is due before the performer begins the event. Failure to provide payment prior to the start time may result in cancellation or delay of services.

Accepted Payment Methods:
  • Deposit: Credit card only.
  • Remaining Balance (Pickup Amount): Credit card, Zelle, or check.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
  • Full Refunds: Provided with at least 72 hours’ notice prior to the event.
  • Credits for Emergencies: If cancellation is due to a family emergency or natural disaster (e.g., severe weather) and notice is given at least 24 hours before the event, clients will receive credit toward a future booking.
  • No Refunds/Credits: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event are not eligible for any refund or credit.
4. Event Modifications
Any changes to the date, time, location, or services must be communicated at least 72 hours in advance. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
5. Force Majeure
Prestigious Entertainment is not liable for event disruptions caused by circumstances beyond its control, including severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies.
6. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing a safe, clean, and weather-appropriate space for the performance. Additionally, the client must obtain any necessary permits for performances held in outdoor or public venues. Please note that Prestigious Entertainment does not provide tables, chairs, or any furniture for events. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that appropriate seating and workspace are available for performers upon arrival.
7. Liability
While Prestigious Entertainment carries liability insurance for its performers, we are not responsible for injuries, damages, or incidents caused by venue conditions, clients, or guests.
8. Dispute Resolution
In case of disagreement, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action. Any legal proceedings will be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
9. Entire Agreement
This document represents the full agreement between the client and Prestigious Entertainment, superseding any previous verbal or written agreements.
10. Performer Assignment & Substitution
Prestigious Entertainment reserves the right to assign the most qualified available performer for your event. While promotional materials showcase the quality and style of our performers, specific performers are not guaranteed unless explicitly confirmed in writing. In the event a scheduled performer becomes unavailable, we will notify the client as soon as possible and provide a qualified substitute of equal skill. No refund or discount will be issued solely on the basis of performer substitution.
11. Child & Guest Count
Service packages are priced based on the estimated number of children provided at the time of booking. If the actual number of children at the event exceeds the booked count, additional service time or fees may be required to maintain quality coverage. Prestigious Entertainment reserves the right to assess and collect additional charges for guest count overages. We are not responsible for reduced coverage quality resulting from an undisclosed or significantly higher attendance than quoted.
12. Overtime & Extended Services
Services are provided for the duration specified in the booking confirmation. If additional time is requested on-site beyond the contracted period, this is subject to performer availability and will incur additional fees at our current rates. Clients will be notified of applicable charges before any extension begins. A delayed start caused by the client does not extend the contracted end time unless additional fees are agreed upon.
13. Adult Supervision
A responsible adult (18 years of age or older) must be present at all times during the performance. Prestigious Entertainment is not responsible for the supervision or behavior of event guests. Failure to have a responsible adult present may result in suspension or termination of services without refund.
14. Performer Right to Refuse or Suspend Services
Prestigious Entertainment reserves the right to pause, suspend, or terminate services at any time if a performer is subjected to unsafe conditions, aggressive behavior, harassment, or conduct that compromises their safety or well-being — whether from guests, parents, or other individuals present. In such cases, no refund will be issued for services already in progress or for the remaining contracted time.
15. Written Communication
All booking modifications, special requests, and agreements must be confirmed in writing via email or text to be considered valid. Verbal agreements made outside of written confirmation are not binding on Prestigious Entertainment.
16. Scope of Services
Performers are contracted to deliver only the specific services outlined in the booking confirmation. Clients may not request additional services, characters, or activities beyond what was booked without prior written agreement and applicable additional payment. Performers are not obligated to fulfill requests outside their contracted scope.
17. Photo & Video at Events
Prestigious Entertainment performers may capture photos and videos during events for internal documentation and, where authorized, marketing purposes. Media usage preference is collected at the time of booking. Clients who authorize marketing use consent to the use of event photos and videos on Prestigious Entertainment's social media, website, and promotional materials. Clients who do not authorize marketing use will have their images kept for internal records only. Prestigious Entertainment is not responsible for photos or videos taken by event guests.
18. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By submitting a deposit and confirming a booking, the client agrees to resolve any payment disputes directly with Prestigious Entertainment prior to initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with their financial institution. Chargebacks initiated for services that were rendered as agreed will be contested, and the client may be held responsible for any associated chargeback fees, legal costs, or collection expenses incurred as a result.
