1. All Sales Final
Once your booking is confirmed, all sales are final. This ensures we can properly reserve our performers and supplies for your specific date.
2. Service Modifications
If you choose to cancel an add-on service at a later date, all package pricing reverts to its original rate and any promotional discounts will be removed.
3. Full Refunds
Full refunds are available only if the entire event is canceled at least 72 hours before the scheduled start time.
4. Emergency Credits
In the event of a family emergency or natural disaster, credits may be applied toward a future booking if at least 24 hours’ notice is provided.
5. Late Cancellations
No refunds will be issued if the service is canceled less than 24 hours before the event. Please note that these policies apply equally to regular and promotional pricing.
6. Same-Day Rescheduling
Reschedule requests made less than 24 hours before the event are considered last-minute changes and will incur a $50 rescheduling fee to cover staffing preparation, supply logistics, performer coordination, and the opportunity cost of holding your date exclusively. Rescheduling is subject to availability and not guaranteed. If our team has already been dispatched or arrived on-site, additional fees will apply.
7. Early Dismissal
If a client chooses to dismiss a performer before the contracted service period has ended — for any reason, including but not limited to a child's reaction, change of plans, or event schedule changes — no refund or credit will be issued for the unused portion of the booked time. The full contracted amount remains due. Services are rendered based on the time reserved, not solely the time utilized.
8. Emergency Booking Credits — Validity & Expiration
Emergency credits issued in lieu of a refund are valid for 12 months from the date of the original canceled event. Credits do not guarantee availability and must be applied to a future booking confirmed by Prestigious Entertainment in writing. Credit use is subject to performer and schedule availability at the time of the new booking request. Credits cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or applied after the 12-month expiration period.
9. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of the cancellation confirmation. Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at the time of deposit.
