3. What areas do you serve?
We primarily serve Northern New Jersey, parts of New York, and Connecticut:
  • NJ: As far south as Edison.
  • NY: Staten Island, Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, and the Bronx (Long Island for large packages only).
  • CT: Up to Stamford for standard bookings.
Note: A travel fee may apply for locations 15–17+ miles from North Bergen, NJ.
4. What is included in a typical entertainment package?
Each package includes a trained performer, a portable speaker for music, a visual menu display for services, and a full hour of interactive fun tailored to your group.
5. Do you offer customized packages or themed events?
Absolutely! We love matching themes like safari, princess, or superheroes. We’ll even tailor our menus (like safari-themed balloons) to fit your event perfectly.
6. How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance to secure your preferred performer. While we welcome last-minute bookings, options may be limited.
7. Are your performers trained?
Yes! All performers complete a multi-step training program involving practice sessions and supervised trial runs to ensure they are skilled and confident for solo events.
8. What if my event is running late?
We allow a 15–20 minute grace period for event delays. Pro tip: Schedule your performer to arrive 1 to 1.5 hours after your party’s start time to give guests time to settle in!
