1. What types of entertainment services do you offer?

We offer a wide variety of fun and engaging services for children’s parties and family events, including:

  • Costumed Character Visits

  • Balloon Twisting

We also provide custom party packages where a single, multi-talented performer can provide a combination of services — making the event seamless and exciting!


2. How do I book with Prestigious Entertainment?

Booking is simple! Just click the “Book Now” button on the top or bottom of our website and fill out the short inquiry form. Once submitted, our team will reach out via text, email, or phone to gather the final details and confirm your event.


3. What areas do you serve?

We primarily serve Northern New Jersey, parts of New York, and Connecticut:

  • New Jersey: As far south as Edison for regular bookings

  • New York: Staten Island, Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx

  • Long Island: Available for large packages only

  • Connecticut: Up to Stamford for standard bookings; beyond for large events

  • North of NJ: Up to Woodbury, NY

Note: A travel fee may apply for locations 15–17+ miles from our base in North Bergen, NJ. We’ll confirm any fees during booking.


4. What is included in a typical entertainment package?

Each package includes:

  • A trained performer skilled in entertaining children

  • A portable speaker for music and games

  • A visual menu display of balloon or face painting options

  • A full hour of interactive fun tailored to your group

We aim to make every moment high-energy and engaging!


5. Do you offer customized packages or themed events?

Absolutely! We love working with themes like safari, princess, superheroes, and more.

For example, if you’re throwing a safari party, we’ll swap in a safari-themed balloon menu to match. Just let us know your theme and we’ll tailor the experience to fit your event perfectly.


6. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

  • Full Refunds: Available with 72+ hours’ notice

  • Credits for Emergencies: Given if notice is provided 5+ hours in advance due to a family emergency or weather

  • No Credits: Cancellations made less than 5 hours before the event are not eligible for refunds or credits


7. How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance. This allows us time to reserve your preferred performer or service and make scheduling adjustments if needed.

  • A few weeks or months in advance = best selection

  • 2 weeks = good availability and flexibility

  • 1 week = doable, but limited options

  • Last-minute bookings = welcome, but subject to availability


8. Are your performers trained?

Yes! All of our performers go through a multi-step training program that includes:

  • Practice sessions

  • Supervised trial runs

  • Simulated party environments

  • Group event participation before handling solo events

We ensure every performer is skilled, confident, and ready before they attend any event solo.


9. Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?

Yes — we come fully prepared! We provide everything needed for your booked services, including:

  • Speakers

  • Balloon & face painting supplies

  • Printed menus

  • Music and games

All you need to do is provide the space — we’ll handle the rest!


10. Can we book multiple services or performers for the same event?

Absolutely! Many of our clients combine services like balloon twisting, face painting, magic shows, and more. We also offer multiple performers if you want to split up services or enhance the flow of your event.


11. What happens if a performer is running late or there’s an emergency?

We plan carefully to be on time. In rare cases of traffic or emergencies, we’ll notify you immediately and adjust the service time accordingly.
If needed, we can often send a backup performer to ensure your event still goes smoothly.


12. What if my event is running late and I need to delay the performance?

We allow a 15–20 minute grace period for event delays. During this time, your performer will wait on-site at no additional charge.

If the delay goes beyond 20 minutes and you still want the full duration of service, additional time will be billed accordingly, as it may affect other scheduled events.

Pro tip: To avoid issues, we recommend scheduling your performer to arrive 1 to 1.5 hours after your party’s start time, to give guests time to arrive and settle in.
